"At this morning's session with Angela, she told me it was time to carry out body fat measurements and I understood it was too early for the reason that it had just been a week however she assured me that weekly was a great thing. Then she tells me that I have lost 1% body fat this past week. No way!!!! Surely she must be playing mind-games with me to only keep me enthused and optimistic about progress. So after she left I only had to take my body's measurements (tape measure) and do the Covert Bailey percentage to see how it would stack up to Angela's caliper measurement. I was still in disbelief for the reason that I have not lost any weight (I am forever a scale-god worshiper I think). Sure.... I wanna believe a 1% loss in one week however I only did not think it could be possible. However!!!!.... my measurements HAVE changed and Covert Bailey's formula has dropped me 1% also. Wow........ I do not feel like I have achieved all that much. Only a few sessions........ only a few more of cardio............ only a week........... gadzooks!!! I am such a believer immediately!!

Yep....... I am such a believer immediately. I have been doing my own workouts for two years using those pretty pastel/colorful dumbells.... you know the ones that come in 2, 3 and 5 pound sizes. I have had 8 - 25 pounders however only never used them. Angela threatened to take those whimpy weights home with her so I would not dare touch them ever again. Tooooo funny!

I understand that I even now have a long way to go to reduce this mid-section bodyfat however I feel so delighted today knowing that I have begun to have changes/rewards for my efforts!!!

THANKS, THANKS, THANKS. I’ve never been a fan of “diets” and have created each attempt to eat wiser (including paying top $$ for qualified nutritionalists), however I did not see the outcomes I was hoping to gain. I began running on December 27, 2005. I also began watching what I was eating and counting calories. I'd got so tired of being in the kitchen at all times, that it just took a fortnight until I was grabbing chips from the pantry instead of a nutritious meal. Immediately I prepare the weeks worth of food on Saturday or Sunday and presto! I am prepared for the week. You also helped me to comprehend better how I ought to feed my body. I have done so a lot diets and even eaten raw foods for awhile, so I know the nutrition part of it, however it was your guide that helped me to accept what I already knew-- that I must feed my body throughout the day to maintain those cravings at bay.
